More life.
Less scrolling.

You spend most of your working day on a screen — yet your phone still follows you into every free moment? Tina helps you use technology intentionally, reshape your routines and make space for more time, movement and calm in real life.

Personal, practical and free from digital dogma

An evening
that stays yours.
More energy
in your body.
Technology can be part of your life. Not its pace-setter.

Does this feel familiar?

You are offline.
But not truly present.

—The workday ends, but your mind keeps running.

—“Just a quick look” at your phone becomes half an hour.

—Your breaks happen on a screen instead of outdoors or in motion.

—You have done a lot — yet had too little of your day for yourself.

The approach

Not less technology.
More intentional time.

Digital balance is not a ban. It is the ability to choose where your attention goes — and to shape a daily life that gives you energy.

01

Digital, on purpose

You decide when technology supports you — and when it takes a break. With clear boundaries that fit real life.

02

Back in motion

Short, realistic movement cues bring energy back into days that would otherwise happen almost entirely sitting down.

03

A rhythm that works

A practical daily and weekly structure creates focus, genuine breaks and an evening that really feels like your own.

Your guide

Hello, I’m Tina.

As a personal trainer, I see every day how closely movement, energy and the way we manage our attention are connected.

To me, digital balance is not about rejecting technology. It is about using it in a way that leaves room for what makes us feel alive: movement, real connection, nature, calm and time that feels like our own.

I guide you personally and clearly, without rigid expectations of perfection. Together, we find an approach that is genuinely sustainable in your daily life.

Common questions

You may still
be wondering …

Do I have to give up social media or my smartphone completely?

No. This is not about rejecting digital life; it is about using it intentionally. You will create boundaries that fit your work and your life.

Does this make sense if my work requires me to be online all day?

Especially then. Together, we separate necessary screen time from automatic habits and create clearer transitions, breaks and evenings.

Do I need a certain level of fitness?

No. Movement is adapted to your everyday life and what is possible for you. The focus is on practical cues, not athletic performance.

Can I combine coaching and a retreat?

Yes. A retreat can be an intensive starting point, a conscious pause during coaching or a way to deepen the work afterwards. You can explore the right format in your first conversation.

Your next step

How much real life
could fit back into your day?

Tell Tina what you would like to change. An introductory conversation will help you find the right next step.
